Educational Qualification

Position	Qualification & Experiance
Professor:	The candidate must have a PhD with a first-class degree and a minimum of 10 years post PhD experience. Have at least 4 years of experience as an associate professor in IITs, IISc, IIMs, and IISER or any other Indian or foreign Institute of this standard. The applicant must have the relevant high teaching, training, research and consulting credentials.
Associate Professor	Ph.D with first class at the proceeding degree and higher Academy records throughout their career. The experience required is a minimum of 6 years post PhD teaching /research /Industries experience. The required experience at the level of assistant professor or equivalent should be at least 3 years.
Assistant professor Grade 1	Required PhD degree with first class at the preceding degree. Should have good academy records throughout. The experience required is a minimum of 3 years post-Ph.D. Teaching/ research/ industrial experience.
Assistant professor Grade 2	This is the contractual base recruitment where the candidate should have a PhD degree and require an outstanding academic record throughout.
Other requirement	The publication requirement is also mandatory for the candidate. The candidate should have a strong research credential with a publication in ABDC OR ABS-ranked journals.

Salary Pay Scale For IIM Trichy Faculty

• The candidate who will be selected for the professor position will get level 14 a pay scale.
• Associate professors and assistant professors will get level 13 A2 and level 12 pay scales respectively.
• The system professor Grade 2 on a contract basis will get a fixed salary on level 10 or level 11.
